Dating and Marriage in Utah

Dating and Marriage
In the culter of Utah for a man and a woman to be happy in dating or marriage there is at least few things that we do before a relationship is real. First one must develop a positive picture of ourselves, and that when you can start to develop and real-love relationship.
In order for a man and a woman to truly be happy is they need to feel like they belong with each other and enjoy being around each other because if they don’t feel like they really belong with each other then there relationship won’t work out as good and they wont be as happy.
Next thing is we need to have respect for others and ourselves, if we don’t respect ourselves then how are we supposed to respect others? It’s very important that we respect others and ourselves because when you are in a relationship with someone respecting them will make your relationship better.
In Utah many people get married at a pretty young age like early twenties, and then we have lots of children, and whenever we go other places out of Utah people are always so surprised on how big our families are. For example not to long ago I went to Los Vegas with my family and there are only six of us and yet people kept saying, “Wow big family!” and I thought “really? You should see my next-door neighbors; they have fourteen people in there family. It’s important to many people in Utah to get married and have children; family is a very important thing here to lots of people. That a little bit about Utah marriage and dating.

You need to be careful what you say to others because it could affect them in a negative way. words are powerful because they affect are thoughts and what we think about our selves and it influences who we become. someone has told me that i could not do something so i believed them and didn't even try. for example a teacher who tell there students that they suck and can't do anything and are failars in life, that can really bring them down unlike a teacher who is kind and tells them that they did great and if they didn't do well on something the teachers tells them how they could well in a more positive way.
Harriet Beecher Stowe wrote the story Uncle Tom's cabin this story is about slavery and how it was for them, it told about the characters and the hard things they went through. Uncle Tom's Cabin affected many people this book sold 300,000 copies in the first year it came out, it affected many people and the way they thought about the slaves. this book is one of the most affective books in the world. Therefore words are affective one must be cautious what you say yo others.
